1. Give some information about three movie theaters, and let the students talk about: How do you choose a movie theater?

II. Discussion
1. How do you choose which movie theater to go to? Write the things in the box under “Important” or “Unimportant” in 1a.

1) close
作形容词, 可意为“(在空间、时间上)接近”。be close to ...意为“离……近”。如：Their birthdays are very close together.

2) What’s the best clothes store in town?
in town是一个短语，表示“在说话人所在或所指的城镇”的意思。作这一用法
时，town是不可数名词, 不与冠词连用。

3) How do you like it so far?
so far意为“迄今为止，到目前为止”，常与现在完成时连用，既可放在句首、句中，也可放在句尾。如：
