现实领域。借鉴自贸区建设经验，在页岩气勘探开发已经取得成效的四川盆地及周缘（四川、重庆、贵州和云南、湖南、湖北部分地区），设立页岩气综合试验区（以下简称“试验区”），是保障未来我国天然气供给的必然选择。
这一地区经过10年的探索与实践，奠定了可行的基础。一是资源落实程度高。该地区页岩气地质资源量为65万亿立方米，可采资源量为10万亿立方米，约占全国的一半。已实现突破的龙马溪组有利区面积为7.5万平方公里，其核心区面积为3.5万平方公里，可采资源量为3万亿立方米。此外，尚
