Founded in 2015, Bayern Beer Cellar, das Original, an authentic German restaurant and bar, brings you the atmosphere of real Bavarian enjoyment to Kunshan. By visiting us you would feel like making a short holiday trip to Munich, in the heart of Bavaria, in the heart of Germany. In Bayern Beer Cellar you will find the German food and drinks combined with fun, live music and entertainment. Original South German Food and German Beer Specialities are served by our friendly service, dressed in Lederhosen and Dirndls.

(I) 德国美⾷ German Cuisine
拜仁厨师团队出品遵循代代相传的德国家庭⾷谱，为您提供正宗的德国南部和奥地利美⾷。
例如：
+我们的招牌德国烤猪肘全程不油炸，烤⾄脆⽪，⾁嫩多汁
+我们的“炸⾁排”是⽤黄油⽽不是⽤油煎炸的，所以它们有奶⾹味
+我们的烤鸡⽐普通鸡都⼤（1.3千克），所以它们的鸡胸更⼤且没有脂肪
+我们的德式披萨，属于薄饼，不是美式的厚饼
+我们的蛋糕和糕点是⽤黄油和新鲜的鸡蛋（不⽤油和鸡蛋粉）制作我们只使⽤没有⼈⼯添加剂，杜绝任何味精的安全健康⾷品成分
+粮油采购只从可跟踪资源（如麦德龙）中购买，其他⾷材从绿⾊，安全的⽣产国进⼝（例如德国，奥地利，阿根廷或澳⼤利亚。
Our kitchen serves you authentic South German and Austrian food following family recipies which ar
e passed on from generation to generation.
Original German food taste perhaps may be new to you and is different to the Chinese style.
For example
+ our famous Pork Knuckles have a crispy, salty skin and tender and juicy meat inside
+ our BBQed chickens are larger (1,3kg) than usual, so their breast fillets are bigger and free of fat
+ our pizza have a thin crust and are not the American pizza cake style
+ our cakes and pastries are baked with butter and fresh eggs instead of oil and egg-powder
We only use safe and healthy food ingredients without any artificial flavors or MSG.
Considering all the different Chinese food scandals we decided to buy all our main components like oil, meat, fish mainly from trackable resources like Metro. Milk, bread and meat we import from green and safe producing countries like Germany, Austria or Argentina.
