【摘要】目的:探讨第二掌背动脉蒂皮瓣修复中指掌侧皮肤缺损的效果。方法以第二掌背动脉为蒂的皮瓣逆行转移修复14例患者。结果随访3～一个人活小薇歌曲6个月，14例皮瓣均成活，颜、质地正常，但感觉较正常迟钝。结论第二掌背动脉为蒂的皮瓣，能有效修复示指掌侧皮肤缺损创面。
