The Lion and the Mouse

狮子合唱团>韩寒赵卓娜Once upon a time, a lion was sleeping in the forest. A little mouse ran over his body and woke him up. The lion was very angry and wanted to eat the mouse. But the mouse begged him to spare his life, saying that he could be useful to him one day.
很久以前，一头狮子睡在森林里。一只小老鼠跑过他的身体，把他吵醒了。狮子非常生气，想吃掉那只老鼠。但老鼠恳求他饶了自己一命，说有一天他会对他有用。
The lion laughed at the idea, but he let the mouse go anyway. Some time later, the lion was caught in a trap. He roared loudly, but no one came to help him. Just then, the mouse heard his cries and came to his rescue. He gnawed through the ropes that bound the lion and set him free.

狮子一听到这个想法就笑了，但他还是让老鼠走了。过了一会儿，狮子被一个陷阱抓住了。他大声吼道，但没有人来帮助他。就在这时，老鼠听到了他的哭声，来救了他。他咬断了绑着狮子的绳子，把它放出来了。

From that day on, the lion and the mouse became friends. They learned that even the smallest creature can be of help in times of need.
从那天起，狮子和老鼠成了朋友。他们了解到，即使是最小的生物在需要的时候也能提供帮助。
这个故事告诉我们，即使是最小的生物也可能在关键时刻提供帮助，所以我们应该尊重和帮助他人。
