摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce the main-hours for the production of bellows and to decrease the quality defect rates by previously holding a reinforcing plate on the end face corresponding to the covered side of a core, integrally fixing the reinforcing plate to a covered bellows thin film body formed by plating, and dissolving and removing the core. CONSTITUTION:A recess 21 is formed on the end face 20a corresponding to the covered side of the core 20 (Al, etc.) having the outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the bellows and capable of being dissolved. A flat plate 22 (stainless steel, etc.) to be used as the reinforcing plate is forced into the recess 21 and engaged with the recess. Ni is plated on the outer periphery of the core 20 to form the covered bellows thin film body 23, and the plate 22 is simultaneously fixed to the thin film body 23 and integrated. The core 20 is dipped in a sodium hydroxide dissolver and dissolved, and then the thin film body is washed. By this method, the covered bellows thin film body 23 having a cover part strengthened with the reinforcing plate 22 is effectively produced.
