摘要
本系统根据流媒体传输原理，在局域网的基础上模拟基于WEB的视频播放系统，主要实现用户信息管理、观看视频、视频文件的添加、删除、修改、上传及搜索功能等，从而设计出符合现在人们需求的视频播放系统,为网络时代的人们提供方便、快捷的视频点播节目。
本系统开发所用集成开发工具为MyEclipse 6.5、数据库为MySQL，Web服务器为tomcat 6.0，具体实现将HTML、JSP、CSS及JAVA在线播放器相结合，力求界面美观、操作流畅。本系统采用B/S模式来开发一个使用方便的视频播放系统,这种模式可以使用户在任何一个具有浏览器的计算机,同时使链接网络的机器上都可以进行视频点播操作。
