摘 要 大学生的心理健康与社会支持之间有重要联系，这一点已取得了研究者的一致看法。领悟社会支持是指主观体验到的社会支持，它指的是个体感到在社会中被尊重、被支持、被理解的情绪体验和满意程度。近年来，关于领悟社会支持的研究日益增多，研究者们提出领悟社会支持与心理健康、主观幸福感、学业倦怠和学业成就等方面均有关联。
