As the only country in the whole world where pandas live, China has the responsibility to save pandas.
Secondly, pandas represent an important step through which animals have been evolved. Without pandas we may have difficulty in recognizing how animals are changing to fit in the environment. For example, pandas at the beginning were carnivals, and later it changed its diet to plants. Research in the way how pandas change can give us answers as to the evolvement of animals. Therefore we need to save the pandas.
Thirdly, every animal is rich in genes, and therefore any animal including pandas is dispensable. If pandas died out, we might in the future find that some useful genes are not available. For example, scientists have discovered that some animal genes have the ability to keep itself from cancer. If we do not save the pandas, maybe someday we will find that pandas’ genes have special usage, but we can never find it anymore.
