毕畅个人资料摘要：The invention relates to an optocoupler (OPK) with a transmission unit (S) and a receiving unit (EM), which are galvanically isolated from each other and which are optically coupled together and are integrated into a common housing. The transmission unit (S) has at least one first transmission diode (SD1) with a first light wavelength (L1) and a second transmission diode (SD2) with a second light wavelength (L2). The energy source (VQ) of the receiving unit (EM) has two sub-sources (VQ1, VQ2). The first sub-source (VQ1) has a first semiconductor diode (D1), and the second sub-source (VQ2) has a second semiconductor diode (D2). The first semiconductor diode (D1) has an absorption edge which is adapted to the first light wavelength (L1), and the second semiconductor diode (D2) has an absorption edge which is adapted to the second light wavelength (L2), such that the first sub-source (VQ1) generates energy when irradiated with the first light wavelength (L1), and the second sub-source (VQ2) generates energy when irradiated with the second light wavelength (L2). The two sub-sources (VQ1, VQ2) form a common stack, and the semiconductor diodes (D1, D2) arranged one over the other are connected in series by a tunnel diode.
